Design Leadership: 5+ years leading the design or architecture of both new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
Team Leadership: Proven experience delivering projects as a mentor, technical lead, or by leading an engineering team of 5+ engineers.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and experience with public cloud services (GCP, Azure, AWS). Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to work with and across teams and roles, including Product Management and Machine Learning Engineering.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical systems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
Preferred Qualifications
Machine Learning Expertise: Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and familiarity with machine learning model architectures.
Hardware Accelerators: Knowledge of ML hardware accelerators, such as GPUs and TPUs, to optimize computing performance.
